找到占用PID(进程ID):

 C:\Windows\system32>netstat -aon|findstr 8069

TCP    0.0.0.0:8069           0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING       5428

杀死进程：

 C:\Windows\system32> taskkill -PID 5428 -F

SUCCESS: The process with PID 5428 has been terminated.
